She eats pretty much the same couple of things for breakfast lunch and snack daily and typically makes a dinner that will last a week.

Fill up on healthy food so your not hungry for the unhealthy choices
Avoid using labels like “Cheat Meal” or “Bad Food”

Use a meal prep schedule that that works for you
Plan ahead and carry your food with you
Are we drinking enough water? Should you take that 8 cups challenge at work? What about the athletes, are we actually harming them by giving them Gatorade at baseball games where they barely sweat? Pickle Juice, Powerade, Gatorade, Salt Tablets or Chicken Broth, what is unbiased research showing?
