Biodex is a great tool to help solve the puzzle.  for most Athletic Trainers in the Secondary Setting it s not an option to have one in school.  However Kevin suggests speaking with the Doctor and Physical Therapist and see if they can not work out an à la carte script for using the equipment

External Bracing with Chris Dean and Maurice Hawkins – 115

Maurice Hawkins from Gazelle Health Care lends us some expert opinion on the topic of external bracing focusing specifically on the Ankle Roll Guard invented by Chris Dean.  The Ankle Roll Guard fits outside the shoe and acts as a block for inversion ankle sprains.  we do have concerns about this product on football or soccer players, but Chris says he is planning to do some trials with outside sports, but for now he has been focused on court sports since he is an avid basketball player.
